A seasoned aviation professional, Ruth has over 15 years of experience in various areas of the industry. She has gained extensive expertise in customer experience and account management, strategy, business development and transformation, operations management, as well as aircraft maintenance through her work at Bombardier and CAMP Systems and is passionate about leading, mobilizing, and engaging teams at all levels of an organization. In 2022, Ruth joined CAE Inc., the Montreal-based leader in advanced simulation technology and training in the civil aviation and defense and security sectors, as Chief of staff supporting the CEO.

Ruth earned her Master of Science in Business Administration (MScBA) from the University of Münster in Germany. She represented the University of Münster competing in the John Molson International Case Competition in 2005. Subsequently, she attended the Canadian university as an exchange student, volunteering as an EA for the 2006 competition and organizing the 2007 competition. Since then, Ruth has participated in the competition as both sponsor and judge.

In her community, Ruth is a member of the Comité Jeunes Philanthropes of the En Coeur Foundation, which supports children with congenital heart diseases and their families. Ruth lives in Montreal with her husband and two sons, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and exploring
