Fouad Farès has led Mindsmaster’s operation since 2000, with over 30 years of professional experience in transformational projects (business & digital). He is known to be a disruptive leader using data to facilitate change seemly. In his long experience he has worked for international renowned companies like IBM, Acer, Sharp & Oracle before founding his own company Mindsmaster in Beirut then moving it to Canada in 2004.

Fouad has lectured at HEC, McGill University, Sherbrooke University & College La Cité in Ottawa. in 2019, Fouad is also a visiting lecturer to Harvard Business School and Jury member for the Harvard Startup Competition.

Fouad has been a judge at the JMSB international Case Competition since 2018, where in 2020 he has judged the final with 3 other members. He is also a judge for the HEC CSR Challenge MBA case competition. He was elected president for the Quebec IT association in Montreal 2010-2011
