Santiago Molano has 5 years of work experience in the aerospace propulsion industry. Throughout this time he worked in an international operations organization where he managed projects aimed to develop business in emerging markets, reduce costs and coordinate cross-functional teams. In parallel, he acted as a continuous improvement agent and was responsible for leading his group to achieve high quality standards. Santiago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the John Molson School of Business. Asides from following the program’s curriculum he has performed a consulting project for a local hospital, worked as an intern in a construction-engineering firm, and is participating actively in the organisation of the 2012 JMSB MBA International Case Competition. Upon graduation, Santiago would like to work in the management of an SME or an international operation.
