School Registration – Part 2

Congratulations!!!

(This information is only for schools who have received a final notification of acceptance from the organizers.)

Your school has been selected to be a part of the 2013 competition! Now that your registration application (Step 1) has been processed and accepted, we would ask you to complete the following steps to finalize your registration.

Step 2 – Send payment

    The registration fees below covers up to 6 people. An additional cost of CAD$250 will be charged per extra person to cover meals and events.

  • If you completed the online application form on/before September 1st, you pay: CAD$1,600
    • CAD$700: non-refundable registration fee
    • CAD$900 applied towards other fees, refundable until November 15th, 2012
  • If you completed the online application form after September 1st, you pay: CAD$1,700
    • CAD$800: non-refundable registration fee
    • CAD$900 applied towards other, refundable until November 15th, 2012

The payment can be made manually by credit card (only Visa & Mastercard are accepted), cheque or money order. We highly encourage all participants to pay through credit cards because of the ease of processing. A credit card authorization form has been attached here. If you are by paying cheque or money order, please make them payable to “John Molson MBA International Case Competition”.

Whether you choose to pay by credit card authorization form, cheque, or money order, the document must first be scanned and emailed to us by November 2nd, 2012.

Step 3 – Send your proof of the hotel reservation

Please visit the Hotel page: https://resweb.passkey.com/go/johnmolson

Upon reservation in hotel, you will get a confirmation email. Please forward your proof of hotel confirmation to Kartik Rao at kartik.rao@mbacasecomp.com by November 2nd, 2012.

Step 4 – Send a copy of your air travel itinerary

If you are not a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, you may require a visa or some other documentation to enter Canada. If you require assistance in determining what travel documents you need, or how to go about obtaining them, feel free to contact Kartik Rao.

Once your travel arrangements have been confirmed, please send us a copy of your itinerary by scanning and emailing it.

Please note that the competition will secure your spot ONLY upon receipt of the registration fee, proof of your hotel reservation and your travel arrangements. All documents (scanned & mailed) must arrive to Kartik Rao by November 2nd, 2012.
