Registration for the 2012 Competition will begin on Tuesday, July 5th, 2011. We would appreciate it if you could enter all your details into the form below.

After you have completed the form, we will process your registration. Please note that completing the online registration form does not automatically guarantee a school a spot in the competition. If your school is accepted into the competition, you will be sent a confirmation email with details on how to complete the registration procedure.

Competition Costs

By mid-September, there will be notification of early acceptance of up to 10 international schools.

All Schools

International Schools who applied for early acceptance but were not among the 10 selected schools will be eligible for the following early bird fee and for the final selection process.

**Note: Selected schools who are eligible for the $1,500 fee and who do not pay within 30 days of their acceptance will have their fee revert to the standard fee of $1,600.

Additional Costs:

Teams are expected to pay for their own hotel accommodations, travel expenses, personal meals and other incidental costs.

The $800 Meal Package covers meals at officially scheduled events as well as entrance to events planned during the week for a team of up to 6 people. An additional $200 per person is required for larger teams. No payment is required until AFTER a team's registration form has been accepted. Schools will be notified of their acceptance through a confirmation email in mid-October. No refunds will be given after November 15th, 2011. The administrative fee is not refundable.
