Competition Costs

REGISTRATION CLOSES OCTOBER 15, 2008!
All prices are in Canadian dollars, unless stated otherwise.

Administrative costs are covered in part by the non-refundable registration fee of $500 per team (if registered on/before September 5th) and $700 (if registered after September 5th). The remaining amount of $800 is to be applied towards the meal package which is refundable until November 15th, 2008. The deposit of $1,300 ($1,500 after September 5th, 2008) is only requested AFTER a team's registration form has been accepted. Schools will be notified of their acceptance through a confirmation email.

Teams must cover their own hotel accommodations, travel expenses, incidental costs, and meals. The registration fee covers up to 6 people. Meal packages for teams with more than 6 people are available at a cost of $175 per person which covers the costs of meals at the officially scheduled events throughout the week as well as events planned during the week. Step 1 - Complete the online registration form

Registration for the 2008 Competition will begin on Wednesday, August 20th, 2008. We would appreciate it if you could enter all your details into the form below. If, however, you are having problems with the form, or prefer to fill it in manually, you may download the registration form (77kb), complete it and fax it back to us.

After you have completed the form, we will process your registration. Please note that completing the online registration form does not automatically guarantee a school a spot in the competition. If your school is accepted into the competition, you will be sent a confirmation email, where we will then tell you how to continue with the registration procedure.

NOTE: Please do not send us any money until you have received the email confirming your acceptance into the competition.
