- Kenneth Robert Trueman, MBA Student, John Molson School of Business The John Molson MBA International Case Competition is a student favourite, because it brings Concordia’s “education for the real world” motto to life.I had the chance to start my MBA in the January term, and the first week of school coincided with the MBA Case Competition. Though I was a part-time student, and I was working full time, I figured (correctly) that it would be worth getting involved. As a Judge-Coordinator not only did I get to meet a lot of people in the MBA program, as well as great folks from other schools from around the world, and judges from the business community, but I got a chance to see high-calibre teams prepare and present their cases. Seeing how the ‘pros’ did it definitely gave me a leg-up during my own class presentations a few weeks later making my first term of the MBA a great one.
