School Registration - Part 2

Congratulations!

Your school has been selected to be part of the 2010 competition! Now that your registration application (Step 1) has been processed and accepted, we would ask you to complete the following steps to finalize your registration.

Step 2 - Send payment

    The registration fees below cover up to 6 people. An Additional cost of CAD$200 will be charged per extra person to cover meals and events.

    • Online registration on/before September 10th: CAD$1,300
      • CAD$500: non-refundable registration fee
      • CAD$800 applied towards meal package, refundable until November 15th, 2009
    • Online registration after September 10th: CAD$1,500
      • CAD$700: non-refundable registration fee
      • CAD$800 applied towards meal package, refundable until November 15th, 2009

    The payment can be made manually by credit card (only Visa & Mastercard are accepted), cheque or money order. Please make the cheque or money order payable to "John Molson MBA International Case Competition". A credit card authorization form has been emailed to you

    Step 3 - Send your proof of the hotel reservation

    The Competition has arranged for an event discount price on Fairmont rooms (fully renovated) for all our competitors and coaches. Full buffet breakfast for up to 2 guests per room as well as free internet are included in the price.

    To make your reservations, please call the hotel directly 1-800-441-1414 or 514-861-3511 and mention the "John Molson International Case Competition" to receive the special rate.

    Once you have arranged your hotel reservations please send a copy of the confirmation by fax to (514) 848-4529.

    Step 4 - Send a copy of your air travel itinerary

    If you are not a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, you may require a visa or some other documentation to enter Canada. If you require assistance in determining what travel documents you need, or how to go about obtaining them, feel free to contact Mirella.

    Once your travel arrangements have been confirmed, please send us a copy of your itinerary by fax at (514) 848-4529.

    Please note that the competition will only confirm your registration upon receipt of the registration form, the non-refundable fee, and proof of your hotel reservation and your travel arrangements. Please send all documents to Mirella Mokbel at the latest by November 6th, 2009.
