The 27th Annual John Molson MBA International Case Competition
Message from the Dean
The John Molson MBA International Case Competition at Concordia University in Montreal, is the oldest, largest, and the most prestigious international business case competition in the world. The 27th annual International Case Competition will begin on the evening of January 7th and end on January 12th, 2008. Usually over 30 universities send their best minds to match their wits against the best in the world and to be judged by leading corporate executives. Your addition to this roster will add to the prestige of the competition.
The cases used in the competition are unpublished and used for the first time. The cases are designed to provide MBA students with the opportunity to showcase their business knowledge and creativity while sharpening their presentation skills. A significant learning for students is achieved by observing other teams presenting diverse solutions from many different cultures and countries.
The competition is guaranteed to provide students with a global perspective and a memorable experience – both desirable elements of a successful MBA program. The competition also provides an excellent networking opportunity for students to make contact with the 250 corporate executives that serve as judges, and 150 other students and their coaches from around the globe. Students form eternal friendships with their global peers, strengthening networks between the business leaders of tomorrow.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for MBA students — don’t miss it.
Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Dean, John Molson School of Business
